We are in pre-seed stage and selectively looking for exceptional individuals and potential co-founders who share our long-term vision and want to help shape a new financial paradigm.

 

Current Open Roles
We are not currently advertising formal job postings, but we are actively seeking talent in the following areas:

• Chief Financial Officer / Finance Lead
  Deep experience in fintech, crypto, or permanent capital structures. Ability to model treasury dynamics, token economics, and long-term compounding.

• AI / Machine Learning Engineer
  Expertise in autonomous agents, reinforcement learning, or decision engines. Interest in applying AI to financial stability and investment selection.

• Legal & Compliance Specialist
  Background in Cayman Islands structures, IP protection, securities law, or fintech regulation. Comfortable with pre-seed-stage ambiguity.

• Strategic Operations / Business Development
  Proven ability to build partnerships with family offices, founders, and ecosystem players. Network in UAE, South Africa, or global fintech.

Co-Founder Profile 
We are open to discussing co-founder-level roles with the right person. Ideal profile:

• Proven track record building or scaling fintech, AI, or permanent capital projects

• Deep alignment with long-term value creation over short-term gains

• Willingness to work in pre-seed (high risk, high ownership)

• Strong integrity, discretion, and ability to operate with minimal structure

• Complementary skills to Isaac Buys (finance, legal, operations, AI, partnerships)
