Cape Town: Our Agile Operational EngineIn parallel, we are developing a dynamic and highly capable operational branch office in Cape Town, South Africa. This branch will serve as the driving engine for our early-stage operations—including business development, client services, and support functions.

Cape Town offers not only a pool of exceptional talent but also a familiar and fertile landscape in which we can fine-tune our internal systems, grow our network, and manage costs in the early phases of our growth.

A Considered Trade-Off: Staying Strategic Without SubsidiesWhile exploring South Africa’s local tax incentives and subsidy frameworks, we evaluated the potential for preferential tax structures. However, after a thoughtful assessment, we’ve made the decision to forgo such programs—specifically those requiring changes in our equity and ownership structure that may not align with our long-term strategic integrity.

We’ve chosen sustainability over short-term incentives, confident that our model’s value will speak louder than temporary support mechanisms.

The Zurich HQ will initially host our Executive Office, with a lean but highly focused team. As operations grow, so too will our footprint, personnel, and service scope in this key European city.

Cape Town: Not a Satellite, but a Strategic PartnerOur Cape Town office is not a secondary node—it is a strategic operations center, playing a vital role in the rollout of BGCA’s service suite and in the early-stage development of Equibit Technologies, our groundbreaking AI and blockchain innovation lab.
